Dispute Resolution

Disputes in sport and business are becoming increasingly common and can arise for any number of reasons. For example, relationships can break down, a party to a contract can failing to honour its obligations or someone may have their intellectual property rights infringed.

When a dispute arises we will quickly ascertain the facts, advise you of your options and then aim to settle the dispute in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. If a relationship can be saved we will do our very best to do so (if that is what our client wants!)

Where appropriate we can consider alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as arbitration or mediation and we will always consider whether it is possible to represent you on a Conditional Fee Agreement (a “no win, no fee” basis).
