Once your business is up and running, it’s time to switch from the start-up phase to the growth phase (or evolution phase as we prefer to call it).

Growing a business means different things to different people. Some people want to expand rapidly and grow the size of their business. Others want to stay the same size but increase their profits. Some people want to launch new products and services while others concentrate on refining and developing their current offerings.
